Sequences specifically designed to activate and build strength in weakened muscles, increase joint stability and range of motion, improve balance, relieve tight and constricted tissues, and recover both mind & body using breathing and meditation practices.

Gina is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. She is knowledgeable about not only anything yoga-related but also the whole body and how to make the most of your yoga practice to help with your other fitness goals. I have been taking classes with her for about 10 years. ?I continually learn something new, whether it is a new pose or a different way to strengthen and stretch. Her classes have helped me be more aware of my body and be both physically and mentally stronger.

Gina's knowledge, teaching style, attention to each student's needs and joyful personality, are such that I often make the one hour drive in both directions to be part of Gina's yoga sessions. Invariably I leave class feeling much more centered than when I arrived.
I highly recommend Gina DuBois for anyone who wants to get stronger. Being a runner, Gina's classes have helped me increase my running distance significantly. I am in my 60's and I haven't felt this strong in quite some time. Her classes are not the typical yoga class.
